Privacy Statement
Company has a firm commitment to privacy. The Bill Payment Pages may ask Customer to disclose contact information (like name and email address) and demographic information (like zip code) and credit, debit, or other payment information (all, "Customer information"). The Bill Payment Pages use a web form to allow Customer to make payments in exchange for services/goods rendered by Company to Customer. Financial information that is collected is used solely for the purpose of billing and collecting payment from Customer in exchange for services/goods rendered by Company to Customer.

How Company Uses Customer Information
Company will use Customer information collected for limited business purposes, such as Company contacting the Customer, sending information to Customer about Company, billing, payment processing, analytics, operations, fraud detection and prevention, reporting, making back-ups and legal compliance.

How Company Shares Customer Information
Company shall not share any Customer information with any third party, other than as needed to process that Customer's request or transaction, and in such event only with service providers that provide support services to Company, all of which shall be contractually restricted from using such information in any manner other than as stated herein. Company may disclose Customer information when required to do so by law.

Company has security measures in place consistent with reasonable industry standards to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of Customer information. These include:
- Maintaining a working firewall to protect data
- Keeping security patches up-to-date
- Protecting stored data
- Encrypting data sent across public networks
- Using and regularly updating anti-virus software
- Restricting access by "need to know"
- Assigning unique IDs to each person with computer access
- Not using vendor-supplied defaults for passwords and security parameters
- Tracking all access to data by unique ID
- Regularly testing security systems and processes
- Maintaining an information security policy
- Restricting physical access to data
